Took Julie on a lovely walk along a stretch of The Basingstoke Canal at Odiham and on into and around Dogmersfield Park. Got some great wildlife shots. At Tundry Pond on the Dogmersfield estate we caught three seperate squadrons of Canada Geese coming in.
We had a great morning, covering about 6 miles in total. The ones that managed to get away from the camera's gaze included a Grey Heron, Kingfisher and Jay. Several Buzzards were as usual, too high in the thermals for clear photography.
Of course, there's always one poser about. This Robin duly obliged for the relative close up. Altogether a lovely morning. Looking forward to more walks along The Basingstoke Canal.
The robin image...nice :)
